This Ordering & Payment Policy explains how orders are placed, edited, canceled, and paid for with Quite Cozy. It should be read together with the Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

Quite Cozy operates on the Shopify ecommerce platform.
Placing an Order
Placing an Order
After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details, an estimated delivery window, and a link to view your order status. When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder or contact Support@QuiteCozy.com. Additional “Out for Delivery,” “Delivered,” and “Shipping Update” notices are described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

• Unfulfilled — order placed; items not yet fulfilled.
• Partially Fulfilled — some items fulfilled; others pending.
• Fulfilled — all items fulfilled; tracking assigned if applicable.
• On Hold — fulfillment paused pending an action.
• Scheduled — fulfillment scheduled for a future time.
• Canceled — order canceled before fulfillment.

We can update a shipping address any time before an order is fulfilled. Once an order is fulfilled (shipped), carriers generally cannot reroute packages. If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided and the package ships, it must first be returned to us before we can reship. If the package is returned to sender, we can reship to a corrected address at our flat rate (United States: $10 USD; Canada: $30 CAD) after we receive the returned package. If the package is not returned to us, the loss is the customer’s responsibility because the address error originated with the customer. Lost packages for other reasons (for example, a carrier loss unrelated to an address error) are handled under the Shipping & Delivery Policy; we will open a carrier claim and replace or refund once the claim is resolved or reimbursement is issued.

We can add or remove items, change options (such as color or size), or adjust quantities any time before an order is fulfilled. To request an edit, email Support@QuiteCozy.com or call +1 (844) 909-COZY (2699). Requests made the same day as purchase have the best chance of being completed; edits aren’t guaranteed once the order is close to fulfillment.

You may cancel an order any time before it is fulfilled. If the order is already fulfilled (or shipped), it cannot be canceled and will instead fall under the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

• Shop: Shop Pay; Shop Pay Installments (subject to eligibility and provider terms).
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover.
• Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal Wallet.
Availability may vary by device, browser, region, and order details; some methods may not be available for certain products or order values.

Our site is localized by region. Customers in the United States see prices in US Dollars (USD). Customers in Canada see prices in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Displayed and charged currency may be based on your country/region selection and our store settings.
Currency Conversion & Fees

If you pay in a currency different from our store’s primary currency, the prices shown at checkout are presented in your local currency and already reflect the current exchange rate and any platform conversion costs. We don’t add a separate conversion fee at checkout. Your bank or card issuer might apply a foreign transaction fee — please check with them for details.

We collect sales tax on orders shipping to Washington State and in other states or provinces where required by law. The final tax amount is shown at checkout.

Products sold by Quite Cozy are for personal use only and are not offered for wholesale or resale. We may limit quantities per customer, household, or order and may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be for resale (for example, bulk quantities, duplicate orders to the same address, or use of freight forwarders). Accounts engaged in resale activity may be restricted or canceled.
Authorizations, Charges, & Holds

Quite Cozy typically captures payment at checkout. Shopify also supports manual capture within a payment authorization window; if an authorized order is canceled before capture, the authorization is released according to your card issuer’s timelines. If payment has already been captured, refunds are processed under the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

When a refund is issued, it may appear as pending for up to 2 business days while funds move through the network. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the credit within up to 10 business days, though timing varies by institution. See the Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility and any return-shipping costs.

Gift cards are sold as a product and are issued with a unique digital code for redemption at checkout. Gift cards are final sale and not redeemable for cash except where required by law. If a code is lost or stolen, we can reissue it to the original purchaser’s email once ownership is verified.
Store Credit
Store Credit
Store credit is a balance applied to a specific customer account (often for returns or courtesy credits) and can be used toward future purchases. Store credit is not transferable, is not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Discount Codes & Promotions

• Enter discount codes at checkout; they cannot be applied after an order is placed.
• Unless otherwise stated, only 1 code per order; not combinable with other offers.
• Codes generally exclude gift cards, taxes, and shipping, and may exclude select items or collections.
• Codes have no cash value, are not transferable, and are valid only during the stated promotional window and conditions.
• If a return causes your order to fall below a promotion’s minimum spend or alters bundle eligibility, we may recalculate the order to the next best eligible pricing before issuing any refund or credit.

We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive application of discounts or store credit to orders after they are placed, unless expressly stated for a specific promotion.

To protect customers and Quite Cozy from fraud, orders may be reviewed using fraud-prevention signals (for example, address verification, security code checks, IP and location indicators, and other risk-analysis factors). We may contact you for verification, cancel and refund an order, or require an alternate payment method when appropriate.

Amendments
We may amend this Ordering & Payment Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we do, we will: (1) post the updated Ordering & Payment Policy on our Site, (2) update the Revision Date at the top, and (3) provide additional notice if required by law (for example, an on-site notice or email). Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires a different effective date, amendments take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after an amendment becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
For policies that govern orders (the Ordering & Payment Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy), if an amendment would materially affect an existing order, we will apply the version in effect when you placed your order, unless the change benefits you or we are required by law to apply the new version.
